What does "second chance housing" mean?
"Second chance" or "Fair Chance" housing means we are open to applicants who may be denied by other property managers. We believe your past doesn't define your future, so we look at your whole story and current situation—not just a credit score or a single event from your past.
Is this a real company? How do I know this isn't a scam?
This is a very important question. We are a professional, local property management company based in Shreveport. We will never ask you to send a deposit or application fee via CashApp, Zelle, or a wire transfer. All payments are handled professionally and securely. Our process is transparent, and you will always be communicating with a real person from our team at (318) 498-4006
How much does it cost to apply?
Our initial 2-minute "Pre-Qualification" form is 100% FREE. We do this so you don't have to waste money on applications just to be rejected. A standard fee for the formal background check is only required after you have spoken to our team and we have together decided to move forward to the next step.
I have a criminal record. Can I apply?
Yes. As a Fair Chance housing provider, we review all applications on a case-by-case basis. We follow all Fair Housing guidelines and assess the nature and recency of any convictions. We believe in new beginnings and providing a stable home for everyone in our community.
What is your application process?
Our process is simple and transparent:
1.-Free Pre-Qualification: You fill out our simple, 2-minute form (it's 100% free).
2.-'Get-to-Know-You' Call: A real person from our team will call you to discuss your situation and needs.
3.-Document Review & Welcome Home: We'll help you securely submit your proof of income and other documents. The final step is signing a lease and getting the keys to your new home.
How long does the process take?
We move fast. After you submit your free pre-qualification, you can expect a call from our team within 24 business hours. Once we have all your final documents, we aim to have a decision for you within 48-72 hours.
